Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping / Courier Charges will be extra.
We at Lalsons.co.in know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 2-7 business days however delivery may take 7-12 days in Remote Areas.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before shipping.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We at Lalsons.co.in work hard to make sure that our 100% Genuine products reach you safely in original condition. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product.
For the process of return:
- The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the accessories.
- Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 2 days from the date of the delivery.
- Consumable products which have been used and installed our not covered under return policy.
- Products with no warranty from the Manufacture are not covered under return policy.
- The return/exchange request will be processed after we receive the product and pass it through our quality check.
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Note: - Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up. In such cases the customer will need to send it back to us. Refund will be processed for shipping cost in such cases after approval. Please do not ship the product to us before approval of Return/Exchange.
